I was speechless as I walked through the front doors at Palazzo Parigi Milano. Therefore, if Milan is known to be one of the ultimate destinations for luxury and fashion, consider Palazzo Parigi Milano the pinnacle of luxury stays. The glamorous marble staircase was so breathtaking I almost couldn’t believe my eyes as they feasted upon such grandeur. The hotel is stunning. We loved everything about it! It had a real boutique luxury feel to it, with a certain contemporary elegance. The excellent hospitality we received was a reflection of the physical beauty that surrounded us. Plus, it was in the perfect location for exploring the city!
We arrived on a rainy Monday afternoon after a long flight from the US. Upon arrival, the lovely concierge greeted us with a friendly smile and accompanying “Bongiorno!” in exchange for our luggage. After a quick and easy check-in, we were escorted to our gorgeous room-complete with complimentary sweet treats, a welcome note, and, of course, the most comfortable bed. Blackout curtains unquestionably, made a quick nap easy before we headed out to discover the city.
With just 24 hours in Milan, Marc and I were lucky enough to be staying in one of the most luxurious hotels in the city, even more, right in the heart of the Fashion District!
Inspirational Italian architect
The photos alone are amazing, but they don’t do justice to the detail that went into creating the treasure that is the Palazzo Parigi Milano.
Milanese style dominates the bigger spaces, paying homage to the building’s notable aristocratic past. The marble found all over the property makes a bold statement, appropriately softened by precious woods.
Though Milan has an endless array of great restaurants to choose from, Palazzo Parigi, as a matter of fact, is home to one of the best, filled with a variety of mouthwatering dishes. Located opposite the lobby area, its extraordinary authentic Italian cuisine guarantees an unforgettable culinary experience, including a wide selection of wines to pair.
Tip: The Artichoke Parmesan Salad was the BEST I’d ever had!
